Strong voice – clear stance

Dr. Doris Brunner

Conversation management and constructive conflict resolution 🔰🚀

Description

Works council members operate in a field of tension between colleagues, employers, and other stakeholders in the company. Good conversation management and a confident approach to conflicts are therefore key competencies for successful employee representation. In this practice-oriented seminar, participants learn to communicate clearly and constructively even in difficult conversation situations – and to resolve conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
