From a Legal Perspective: Bullying and Sexual Harassment

Mag.a Michaela Eigner-Pichler, AK-Arbeitsrechtsexpertin

Options for action for the works council 🚀

Description

Sexual harassment in the workplace unfortunately occurs more often in practice than one might think. The current debates in various media have brought a lot to light, and the works council should not close its eyes to these important and sensitive issues either. The aim of this seminar is to take preventive action and, in the event of an emergency, to provide competent advice to those affected in the company.
