When employees do not come to work, there can be different reasons. Many of these 'preventive reasons' (e.g. vacation) are regulated by law. But what falls under the term 'preventing work'? What personal reasons are there for preventing work? This seminar also covers different types of leave: care leave, family hospice leave or educational leave.
