The Works Council as a Supporter in Difficult Life Situations

Mag.a Michaela Eigner-Pichler, AK-Arbeitsrechtsexpertin

Parental leave, part-time work, leave of absence & Co. 🔰

Description

When employees are faced with challenging life situations (e.g. due to illness or family crises), the question often arises about legally secured options for relief. This seminar provides a compact overview of the most important labour law options such as parental leave, part-time work or leave of absence – and shows how works councils can effectively support those affected.
