Crisis, Cuts, Dismissal?

Mag. Wolfram Lechner

Rights and options for action for the works council 🚀

Description

Changes in companies – such as restructuring, economic pressure or strategic decisions – often have far-reaching effects on employees. The works council is required to react early, help shape developments and effectively represent the interests of the workforce. In this seminar, works council members receive practical knowledge about corporate upheavals such as dismissals, business transfers, social plans, transfers, new hires, social cuts and mass redundancies.
