Artificial intelligence in the world of work

Thomas Weiher, MSc, KI-Experte der Arbeiterkammer

Between hype, benefits and control 🌐🔰

Description

“Anyone who believes that AI is intelligent also believes that the public order office will tidy up their apartment.” Artificial intelligence is neither an infallible superbrain nor pure science fiction – at its core, it is a statistical calculator. However, its introduction into companies is radically changing the world of work. How can this new technology be used sensibly to relieve employees, and where must clear boundaries be drawn to protect against surveillance and digital discrimination?
