Description

This seminar introduces and practices mindful awareness, stress management strategies and relaxation techniques.

Perception is never objective but always personally influenced and deeply rooted in the brain. Recognising stress triggers and personal stress management can be the first step towards a healthy life. Conscious, mindful and positive thoughts release hormones and make you happy without side effects.

Neurobiologist Gerald Hüther’s words are motivating and inspiring. He states that our thinking, feeling and acting can be reshaped and developed throughout our entire lives.
