Description

Escalating situations occur repeatedly in everyday care. Both patients and their relatives often experience psychological and/or physical crises and moments of great tension. Nursing and healthcare professionals face multiple challenges, as they must not only respond appropriately but also manage their professional routine and personal difficulties.

This requires targeted expertise to assess situations in a timely and objective manner and to respond correctly.
