Webinar: Nursing in Transition

Mag.a Dr.in iur. Lisa Sagmeister

Current legal changes in nursing and healthcare

Share this course:

Description

The recent healthcare and nursing reforms have brought far-reaching legal changes, not only in the professional law of nursing professions (GuKG). There have also been changes in the Pharmacy Act and the Narcotics Act (keyword: non-patient-related drug stock). In addition, the law on institutional care has been completely revised.

For registered nurses, nursing assistants and nursing aides, this means: Beware of liability!

With the GuKG amendment, nursing assistants and nursing aides receive legally extended competencies under certain conditions. At the same time, the role of the senior service for health and nursing care is changing.
