Description

Our accelerated lives, stress and being driven require a conscious approach to time and ourselves. Proven exercises for stress reduction through mindfulness and Qi-Gong are presented to achieve relaxation and inner peace. Focusing on one's own needs, nature and natural rhythms should help to regain more time for the important things in life. The goal is to maintain one's own health and well-being and to improve the ability to cope with pressure and stress.

"There are more important things in life than constantly increasing your speed." (Gandhi)
