Digital transformation encompasses far more than just the introduction of new technologies or digital tools. It signifies a comprehensive change in organisations – particularly in how communication, collaboration and leadership are conducted. Leadership and management can become ‘hard work’ – especially when managers, on the one hand, fail to keep up with the times and, on the other, do not act authentically.
What do employees wish for in times of digital change?
This training aims to initiate a change in perspective: managers and teams should learn together how change can be shaped not only technically but, above all, culturally. Only when everyone is actively involved and leadership sets an example can digital transformation succeed – as an opportunity for the further development of the entire organisation.
Central aspects of digital transformation:
Transparency: Openness in handling information and decisions
Equal treatment principle: Fair participation for all employees
Clear language: Clarity instead of jargon or ambiguities
Targeted use of communication channels: e.g. emails, video conferences, internal platforms – tailored to the occasion and target group – question the meaningfulness of use
