When it comes to personnel changes in the company, works council members must be able to act in a legally secure manner to avoid missing deadlines. They can actively support affected individuals in the case of individual personnel measures and are able to offer the parties involved well-founded and reasonable solutions. The aim of this seminar is to familiarise participants with co-determination rights and to achieve the legal certainty described above.
