Nursing and care staff bear a central responsibility for the health of those in need of care.
Preventive measures are part of the nursing standard and must be implemented safely, purposefully and uniformly to prevent risks such as pressure sores, falls, pneumonia, thrombosis, confusion and many more.
The evidence-based use of assessment instruments and standardised preventive measures not only increases patient safety but also has a proven positive impact on the quality of care, transparency of documentation and team collaboration.
In this training, participants refresh their knowledge of key preventive measures, reflect on their implementation practice and strengthen their confidence in action – also in a legal context.
