The Equal Treatment Act under the microscope 🔰
The Equal Treatment Act prohibits discrimination in the workplace, for example on the grounds of gender, origin, religion, age or sexual orientation. Discrimination related to parental leave, part-time work for parents, paternity leave or care obligations is also covered. Works councils play a central role in identifying and countering discrimination.
