Description

The effects of demographic developments affect not only clients but also the staff in healthcare facilities. Due to the raising of the retirement age, several generations now work together simultaneously. This places considerable demands on teamwork and has significant implications for collaboration. Generations differ in their attitude towards work, their values, their strengths and their motivational behaviour. Generation Y goes home 'right on time'. The Baby Boomer generation lives to work? These 'myths' and other truths will be addressed in this seminar. Is it selfishness that makes us want to impose our convictions on others? Or is it easier and more straightforward to accept other opinions in order to spend happy times together? Our different upbringings and life experiences shape our values, thoughts and personalities.
