Description

Perception and experience of situations can vary greatly. What one person perceives as "bad" may be "insignificant" to another. Consequently, reactions to different circumstances are equally diverse. The aim of this continuing education course is to understand this diversity and respond appropriately in order to resolve conflicts constructively.
