Working Hours Today

Working hours are one of the most important topics for employees. Tailor-made working time models can be negotiated by works councils on the basis of the law (AZG) and the collective agreement. The Working Time Act defines the term working time, sets the daily and weekly normal working hours with numerous variants, and establishes the maximum limits of working time. In this seminar, the legal basics will be refreshed and a look will be taken at working hours in the home office.
