Unfortunately, sexual harassment in the workplace occurs more often in practice than one might think. The current debates in various media have brought a lot to light, and the works council should not close its eyes to this important and sensitive issue either. The aim of this seminar is to take preventive action and, in the event of an incident, to provide competent advice to those affected in the company.

Requirements: Internet connection, laptop/PC with microphone and webcam. The webinar will be conducted using ZOOM software.
