Webinar: Communication, Conversation Techniques and Relationship Building (Work-Life Balance Made Easy)

Karina Untermoser, DGKP, BA, MA, MEd. MSc.

When dealing with people with mental illnesses, the key to a good care relationship lies in the design of communication and conversation techniques. A relationship can only be built when trust has been established, which in turn is only possible through communication at eye level. In this seminar, you will learn a toolkit for building relationships and trust while maintaining mutual closeness and distance.
