Practical business administration for works council members on the supervisory board

This workshop strengthens works council members on the supervisory board in their ability to make well-founded assessments of economic decisions (based on the annual financial statements [actual] and budget [plan]) and to critically question management statements. You will work on key business administration basics, analyse key figures and learn to actively help shape strategic decisions in the interests of the workforce. Practical experience and real-life cases are the focus.
