The professional group of home care workers is indispensable in the care and support of people in need of care – both in mobile care and long-term care. However, questions about responsibilities, scope of action and the limits of one's own activities repeatedly arise between care, support and collaboration with other professional groups. To gain confidence in professional action, knowledge of the legal framework is of central importance. The seminar provides an understanding of competencies in a multiprofessional context.
