Bullying and Violence Prevention

Bullying and conflicts often start in childhood and continue into later working life. We spend a lot of time at work, often in a "compulsory team" that we cannot choose. Conflicts are inevitable if they are not recognised or are recognised too late and no timely action is taken. This workshop focuses on raising awareness. Conflicts and bullying should be identified and resolved as early as possible to avoid escalation.
