Works council members do valuable work. Much of it happens behind the scenes. For employees, it is therefore not always clear what the works council is currently working on, which topics it addresses, what has already been achieved and what this means for everyday working life.
This seminar focuses on making works council activities clear, understandable and visible. Participants receive practical tools to better organise topics, formulate messages more clearly and communicate the work of the works council in a comprehensible way.
