Description

This seminar focuses on the opportunities and risks of AI for employees, changes in tasks and qualification requirements, as well as the role of co-determination in the introduction of new technologies. The workshop provides practical knowledge about current AI applications, their impact on jobs, and the scope for action available to works councils. The aim is to assess technological developments from an employee perspective and develop concrete strategies for a socially responsible design of digital transformation.
