When Stress Becomes a Crisis

Verena Kießling MSc., Akademische psychosoziale Beraterin

Recognising and Supporting Crises in the Work Environment 🔰🚀

Description

Psychological stress and crises are increasingly part of everyday working life. Works councils are often the first point of contact when colleagues are confronted with overwhelm, personal crises, mental illnesses or stressful life situations. The seminar provides basic knowledge about mental crises and their effects in the work context. Participants learn to recognise warning signs early, conduct supportive conversations confidently and assess their possibilities and limits in supporting those affected.
