Description

Who hasn’t experienced this: the day started well, until a patient or their relative approaches me in an unfairly aggressive manner. What can I do? Shout back? Or how can I handle angry relatives? In this workshop, we will share our experiences with angry patients and aggressive relatives and, with the help of practical mindfulness exercises (MBSR), explore ways to act constructively in these situations.
