By 30 June of each year at the latest, tenants must receive the annual service charge statement. However, these statements are often complicated and difficult for laypersons to understand. It also happens that amounts are charged which tenants do not actually have to pay. For those who have doubts about their statement, the Arbeiterkammer and the state of Carinthia have launched free service charge checks. In this webinar, participants will gain basic knowledge and can thus decide whether an individual review is necessary.
