Webinar: Home Office and Working Hours

ArbeitsrechtsexpertIn

Flexibility at the expense of employees?

Description

Mobile working is not a new phenomenon. However, the exceptional situation surrounding the impending health crisis quickly turned it into a "mass phenomenon". And home office will continue to accompany us. All the more important that there are good regulations for everyone, because the blurring of work (time) boundaries is particularly pronounced when working from home. This, in turn, leads to further labour, social and tax law challenges and issues that need to be addressed.

Please note: This seminar is a webinar! You will receive a link at least one day before the seminar starts, which will allow you to access the online course.
