The pelvic floor was heavily strained during pregnancy, which is why it is particularly important to get to know, appreciate, and care for yourself during this phase to prevent complaints and be fit for everyday life with your baby. You will learn to consciously feel and specifically activate your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. You will improve your breathing and posture, and your baby will be with you throughout the entire course – it will also receive a baby massage or a kicking game.
