Module 3: Communication Psychology & E-Moderation
Communication models, basics of interpersonal communication, communication within groups, effective conversation design, roles and tasks of an (e-)moderator, process of a moderation session, virtual moderation techniques.
Module 4: Diversity Leadership & Management of Heterogeneous Teams
