Exam modalities:- Multiple-choice exam: Each module must be completed with a multiple-choice exam.
- No exam registration required: Exams can be taken at any time without prior registration via the online campus.
- Exam duration: You
will receive 40 exam questions per multiple-choice exam. The exam duration is
30 minutes. Multiple exam attempts per exam are possible.

- Acquire a solid understanding of modern human resource management and digital HR strategies. Learn to optimise HR processes to fully utilise the potential of your employees.
- Module 1: Human Resource Management
- Tasks and objectives of human resource management, strategic and operational human resource management, personnel planning, recruitment, personnel development, employee retention, personnel administration, leadership.
- Module 2: E-Recruiting, Aptitude Diagnostics & Candidate Experience
- Trends in recruiting, success factors in digital recruiting, social media recruiting, active sourcing, Recruiting 4.0, artificial intelligence, big data in recruiting, phases of the recruiting process, approaches and instruments of aptitude diagnostics, test procedures and measurement tools.
- Module 3: Communication Psychology & E-Moderation
- Communication models, basics of interpersonal communication, communication within groups, effective conversation design, roles and tasks of an (e-)moderator, process of a moderation session, virtual moderation techniques.
- Module 4: Diversity Leadership & Management of Heterogeneous Teams
- Development and approaches in diversity management, diversity and diversity management in companies, diversity as a driver of innovation, leading (heterogeneous) teams, cultural differences in work teams, team development phases, team roles, group decisions, group polarisations.
- Module 5: New Work & New Work Environments
- Approaches for a new world of work, New Work requirements, New Work tools, management implications, job satisfaction, hybrid work environment, workplaces and workplace design in hybrid and digital work environments (e.g., hybrid office, new office concepts).
