Description

This seminar introduces and practices mindful awareness, stress management strategies, and relaxation techniques.

Perception is never objective but always personally influenced and deeply rooted in the brain. Recognising stress triggers and managing personal stress can be the first step towards a healthy life. Conscious, mindful, and positive thoughts release hormones and make us happy without side effects.

Neurobiologist Gerald Hüther’s inspiring words remind us that our thinking, feeling, and actions can be reshaped and expanded throughout our entire lives.
