Have you already gained professional experience in retail and would like to finally obtain your apprenticeship qualification?
This course offers you a state-recognised training in the retail sector and prepares you specifically for the apprenticeship examination to become a retail clerk (Einzelhandelskaufmann / Einzelhandelskauffrau).
The preparatory course consists of a basic module and a specialist module.
BASIC MODULE:
- 3 in-person sessions at bfi-Klagenfurt
- one live online evening class per week in webinar format
- self-study phase of approx. 5 hours per week over 12 weeks
SPECIALIST MODULE:
- 8 live online evening classes
- 1 in-person session to conclude the course at bfi-Klagenfurt
- self-study phase of approx. 4 hours per week over 3 weeks
