Powerhouse & Co. will fascinate you too! In this course, you will learn the basics to teach Pilates independently or to incorporate new exercises into existing classes.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for sports and movement
  • Previous experience in the health/sports sector is an advantage

Notes

For the training and your future work as a Pilates Basic Trainer, you will need the book "Pilates - Understanding the Anatomy. With Exercises for a Strong and Flexible Body" by Tracy Ward. Please bring the aforementioned book, comfortable clothing and a mat! Certificate: Certificate upon successful completion of the exam or course confirmation.
