This course is aimed at self-employed individuals and marketing managers of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who have a strong offering but whose customer acquisition heavily depends on external factors. The goal is to build a functional acquisition system that generates customer enquiries in a plannable and efficient manner – independent of personal reach and recommendations. The foundation is a proven marketing funnel based on established sales psychology principles that has already been successfully used across industries. This course thus combines strategic marketing understanding with concrete implementation support and is aimed at anyone who wants to gain control over their customer acquisition.

Notes

The in-person dates take place at bfi-Klagenfurt on 25.11., 26.11. and 27.11.2025, each from 14:00-18:00. Additionally, individual self-study phases totalling 10 UE must be completed between or after the in-person dates.

Course content

Using a structured workbook, participants implement the central elements of a successful campaign step by step.
The course teaches how to:
develop a lead magnet that offers real added value to the target group
set up a traffic campaign to generate leads in a plannable way
create a landing page and email sequence that build trust and lead to a purchase
write ad copy that is not intrusive and sparks genuine interest
systematically analyse, optimise and scale ads
Each step is equipped with proven models and AI prompts, so that after just three course units, a fully developed campaign concept for deployment via the Meta ecosystem is ready.
