Description

What do a short walk, deep sleep and an alert mind have in common? They form the strongest team for our mental and physical well-being. In this interactive workshop, you will experience how movement, sleep and brain functions influence each other – and how you can directly integrate this knowledge into your daily life.

Our brain is a high-performance organ – but it needs the right conditions to function optimally. Movement promotes blood circulation and neurogenesis, good sleep enables memory consolidation and neuronal regeneration, and the brain in turn regulates our movement and sleep-wake rhythm. This workshop provides well-founded insights into the interactions between the brain, movement and sleep. It imparts practical strategies to sustainably strengthen this trio – for more concentration, resilience and quality of life.
