- Exam modalities:
- Multiple-choice exam: Each module must be completed with a multiple-choice exam.
- No exam registration required: Exams can be taken at any time without prior registration via the online campus.
- Exam duration: Each multiple-choice exam consists of 40 questions. The exam duration is 30 minutes. Multiple exam attempts per exam are possible.
Course content
- Module 1: Human Resource Management & Employee Branding
- In this module, you will gain an overview of central HR topics and tasks. You will learn more about strategic HR, its importance for business success, and how various HR tools can be applied in a practice-oriented manner.
- Module 2: E-Recruiting, Aptitude Diagnostics & Candidate Experience
- In this module, you will learn about various trends in recruiting as well as success factors in digital recruiting. You will also discover the phases of an (e-)recruiting process and approaches and tools for aptitude diagnostics.
- Module 3: New Work, Hybrid Working & Digital Workplace
- In this module, you will learn about the opportunities and challenges of digitalisation and hybrid working. You will explore the requirements for work design and discover how New Work approaches can be successfully implemented in companies.
