Exam modalities:- Multiple-choice exam: Each module must be completed with a multiple-choice exam.
- No exam registration required: Exams can be taken at any time without prior registration via the online campus.
- Exam duration: You
will receive 40 exam questions per multiple-choice exam. The exam duration is
30 minutes. Multiple exam attempts per exam are possible.
Course content
- You will learn to better understand communication processes, identify blocking patterns, and change them in a targeted manner.
- Module 1: Coaching & Mentoring
- In this module, you will learn how psychological knowledge can be applied with coaching and mentoring techniques to promote personal and professional growth. You will also find out how a coaching process works, what competencies are required for it, and how mentoring functions.
- Module 2: Communication Psychology & E-Moderation
- In this module, you will learn about central concepts of communication as well as proven communication methods and techniques. You will explore the fundamentals of interpersonal communication – both verbal and non-verbal – and deepen your knowledge of communication skills and rules.
- Module 3: Change Communication & Storytelling
- In this module, you will acquire the fundamentals of change communication as well as methods for effective change communication. You will learn what competencies change communicators need and which media and methods are used in the process.
- Module 4: Group Dynamics & Interactions
- In this module, you will learn how to successfully lead (heterogeneous) teams and what role cultural differences play in collaboration. You will explore the phases of team development and find out how team roles influence the dynamics and success of a team.
- Module 5: Conflict Moderation & Error Culture
- In this module, you will gain fundamental knowledge in conflict management, including conflict analysis and group dynamics. You will learn to resolve conflicts, distinguish between different types of conflicts, and understand the developmental stages of conflicts.
