Exam modalities:- Multiple-choice exam: Each module must be completed with a multiple-choice exam.
- No exam registration required: Exams can be taken at any time without prior registration via the online campus.
- Exam duration: You will receive 40 exam questions per multiple-choice exam. The exam duration is 30 minutes. Multiple exam attempts per exam are possible.

- Acquire the know-how to implement sustainable changes and promote a future-oriented, resilient corporate culture.
- Module 1: Project Management as a Business Process
- In this module, you will learn the fundamentals of change management: causes, phases, and common pitfalls.
- Module 2: Agile Leadership & New Change Management
- In this module, you will learn about agile leadership approaches, the agile manifesto, and the agile mindset. You will discover how to successfully lead self-organised teams, empower employees, and integrate agile change management into your leadership practice.
- Module 3: Change Communication & Storytelling
- In this module, you will gain knowledge about change communication – from tasks and competencies to suitable methods and media, as well as storytelling and cascading information sharing.
- Module 4: Coaching & Mentoring in Change Processes
- In this module, you will learn the fundamentals of coaching and mentoring – from tasks and processes to important coaching competencies and various mentoring formats.
- Module 5: Psychology in the Change Process
- In this module, you will learn the fundamentals of emotions – from their origins and functions to their influence on behaviour and how to handle emotional phases in change processes.
