“Jopsy” guides you through the jungle of training paths, helps you discover your interests and strengths in just a few minutes, and offers assistance and support in choosing a career.

How it works: 
On jopsy.at you will find 60 images depicting different activities that you can rate on a scale based on your personal interests. 

Your personal interest profile:
After just under ten minutes, you will receive your own interest profile along with matching career suggestions – from apprenticeships to academic professions.

Scientifically validated:
Jopsy has been scientifically validated and tested by 364 young people aged 12 to 18. It is based on the recognised and proven RIASEC model by John Holland. The model comprises six different interest levels: practical-technical, intellectual-investigative, artistic-linguistic, social, enterprising, and conventional, along which the evaluation is carried out.
