Exam modalities:
- Multiple-choice exam: Each module must be completed with a multiple-choice exam.
- No exam registration required: Exams can be taken at any time without prior registration via the online campus.
- Exam duration: Each multiple-choice exam consists of 40 questions. The exam duration is 30 minutes. Multiple exam attempts per exam are possible.
Course content
- Module 1: Moderation, Presentation and Negotiation
- In this module, you will learn about fundamental types and models of communication, the tasks involved in moderation, and the process of a moderation session. You will also discover how to independently and effectively use moderation techniques and optimally conduct presentations.
- Module 2: Conflict Management and Error Culture
- In this module, you will learn about the different types of conflict and how to identify their developmental stages. You will also become familiar with the structure of a moderation cycle for conflict resolution and learn how to systematically analyse and resolve conflicts.
- Module 3: Change Communication & Storytelling
- In this module, you will acquire knowledge about the tasks of change communication. You will learn about the key elements of change communication and discover how communication processes in change management can be systematically analysed and designed.
