Exam modalities:- Multiple-choice exam: Each module must be completed with a multiple-choice exam.

Exam duration: You will receive 40 exam questions per multiple-choice exam. The exam duration is 30 minutes. Multiple exam attempts per exam are possible.

In this module, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to efficiently plan, document, and manage projects from initiation to completion – including relevant phases, steps, and tools.
Module 4: Resource, Procurement, and Time Management
In this module, you will learn in a practical way how to implement strategies to effectively plan, manage, and optimise resources and time.
Module 5: Project Financing & Project Controlling
In this module, you will learn the basics of cost and financial management in projects – from budget planning and controlling to ensuring project success.
