In this workshop, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to set up and use the most important digital government services. Our experienced course instructor will support you with installing the required apps and show you how to optimally use platforms such as MeineSV, FinanzOnline or the Digitales Amt. You will also learn about the additional benefits of ID Austria, thus gaining the confidence you need to handle your official procedures digitally and without complications in the future. The workshop combines practical exercises on the device, illustrative demonstrations and individual guidance from the course instructor. By actively trying things out, participants learn step by step how to safely use digital government services.
