Advance Healthcare Directive - Living Will - Adult Representation

Share this course:

Description

International courts have made highly interesting decisions in connection with ethical decision-making conflicts faced by doctors and qualified health and nursing professionals at the end of a patient's life. Artificial nutrition, artificial ventilation, terminal pain management. How can I make provisions to ensure that my final (treatment) wishes are also accepted by doctors and my family? Who will enforce my rights and wishes when I am no longer able to do so myself? How is consent to medical treatment regulated under the new Adult Protection Act? To prevent this from becoming a burden for our loved ones, legal provisions can be made. {?=https://www.ak-akademie.at/kurs/ethische-entscheidungen-an-deinem-lebensende}
