Digital helpers (ID Austria)

Official errands were yesterday – today, they can be done digitally! With ID Austria and the Digital Office, many official procedures can be completed online – quickly, securely, and saving time. In this workshop, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to set up and use the most important digital government services. Our experienced course instructor will support you in installing the required apps and show you how to optimally use platforms such as MeineSV, FinanzOnline, or the Digital Office. You will also learn about the additional benefits of ID Austria, helping you gain the confidence needed to handle your official procedures digitally and easily in the future. The workshop combines practical exercises on the device, illustrative demonstrations, and individual support from the course instructor. Through active trial and error, participants learn step by step how to safely use digital government services. Additionally, explanatory videos, checklists, and small group discussions ensure sustainable learning and confidence in using digital applications.
