Cultural and historical walk through the market and castle of Griffen

On this cultural and historical walk through Griffen, we will explore the history of the market town and its distinctive castle complex. After visiting the parish church of St. Peter and Paul, the path leads up to the castle ruins of Griffen, which offer an impressive insight into the medieval past of the place. The descent takes place via the old Roman road to Altenmarkt, before we visit the Leitgeb settlement and the grounds of the former RAD camp.
