Children's Yoga Trainer – Basic Course

Children's yoga is gaining increasing importance in kindergartens, schools and other institutions and is readily accepted by children. Children's yoga is fun and introduces children to body and breathing exercises in a playful way. Furthermore, it trains the postural muscles and improves the flexibility of the 'little big ones'. After passing the final exam, you will receive a certificate and can teach children's yoga independently.
