The basic training for safety representatives (SVP) provides you with compact and practical essential knowledge for your new role. You will learn about the legal foundations, how to properly assess workplaces and processes, and how to act in a solution-oriented manner in conflict situations. In addition to theory, the direct exchange with the most important institutions in employee protection is a priority.
Learning Objectives
After successfully completing this seminar, participants will be able to:
- Systematically identify hazard sources in the workplace, assess them correctly and initiate preventive measures.
- Safely apply and represent the legal rights and duties of an SVP in the company.
- Act as a competent interface between employees, employers and external supervisory authorities.
- Constructively manage difficult conversations and conflict situations in the context of occupational safety.
- Use the support services of AUVA, the Labour Inspectorate and employee representatives in a targeted manner for the company.
